Privacy notice

This notice explains how AestheticGuide.sg (“we”, “us”) handles personal data, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Note: our registered legal entity and Data Protection Officer details will be confirmed here before public launch.

What we collect

• What you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request details) to operate and secure the site.
• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used — for example which pages are read, roughly where visitors are from, and what device they use. It sets cookies and collects this data in aggregate. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use analytics to identify you personally.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry.
• To operate, secure and improve the site.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data, and we do not pass your enquiry to any clinic. We use service providers only to run and measure the site — for example our hosting provider (Cloudflare), our email provider, and Google Analytics for usage statistics — who process data on our behalf.

If we later introduce a matcher or clinic-introduction service, it will have its own clear, separate, opt-in consent and an expanded notice. Nothing on the site shares your details with clinics today.

Cookies

We use essential cookies needed for the site to function, and Google Analytics cookies to measure how the site is used. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics usingGoogle’s opt-out browser add-on.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to handle your request and our records, then delete them. Server logs are retained per our host’s standard periods.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to our use of it. To do so, contact us at hello@aestheticguide.sg.
