Privacy notice
Last updated 25 June 2026
This notice explains how AestheticGuide.sg (“we”, “us”) handles personal data, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Note: our registered legal entity and Data Protection Officer details will be confirmed here before public launch.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request details) to operate and secure the site.
- No tracking. In this phase we do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry.
- To operate, secure and improve the site.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data, and we do not pass your enquiry to any clinic. We use service providers only to run the site — for example our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our email provider — who process data on our behalf.
If we later introduce a matcher or clinic-introduction service, it will have its own clear, separate, opt-in consent and an expanded notice. Nothing on the site shares your details with clinics today.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies needed for the site to function. We do not currently set analytics or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to handle your request and our records, then delete them. Server logs are retained per our host’s standard periods.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to our use of it. To do so, contact us at hello@aestheticguide.sg.
