How we verify

How we verify clinics

AestheticGuide is an independent directory. Before a clinic appears here we check that it is licensed — and we tell you exactly what that check does, and does not, mean.

What we check

  • HCSA licence on the public register. We confirm the clinic is licensed under Singapore’s Healthcare Services Act (HCSA) by checking it against the public register.
  • The date we checked. Every listing shows the date its licence status was checked, so you can see how current the information is.
  • Licence type and holder. We record the licence type and the licensed entity, matched to the clinic shown.
  • Re-checked over time. We re-check periodically and update the date — we never claim more than the register supports.
Our exact wording

Listed clinics are HCSA-licensed providers, checked against the public register on the date shown. This is a factual check, not an endorsement by MOH or by us. We are an independent directory and not the treatment provider.

What this means — and what it doesn’t

It is

A factual confirmation that a clinic holds a current HCSA licence on the date shown.

It is not

An endorsement, ranking or quality judgement — by MOH or by us. It is not medical advice, and not a recommendation of any treatment.
